Suggestion: Let people know it's not a fix for ghe recall, just a a can to check. To locals it likely doesn't matter. But to t hose of us who travel it would really help. Just a notice to the customer when they make an appointment

Let me first say, Tristan was great and my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with his wonderful customer service. I have trusted the maintenance of my Toyota vehicles to the dealership and been satisfied even with minor cost increases ove the years, however today I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance and to request a few concerns be addressed. AC not cooling and stange sound coming from the rear end of the vehicle. Upon further inspection there were some items that needed attention and I received a "text message" with quoted pricing that seemed a bit High. I called in and asked if I could come pickup the vehicle and discuss the cost of repairs. When I got to the dealership they were verifying cost for parts and labor. I was already asking if there was a way to reduce the cost since it was over 3000.00 for the recommended items, however they came back to inform me that not only was there no way to reduce the cost, but the text I received was off by almost a 1000.00 MORE than what was originally sent to me. This was very discouraging and disappointing. I am waiting to here if the parts can be available by the end of the week, but I must also explore aftermarket options insights of the GROSS miscalculation in cost.

I was satisfied with Tristan and the service.
When I called on Monday, I was told that the parts that I ordered from the Toyota warehouse had arrived. After driving three hours on Tuesday to get to Toyota Pueblo I waited for four hours only to find out that Toyota had sent the incorrect parts. While driving back home, I called Toyota to see if I could schedule a new appointment for Thursday after the correct parts were supposed to arrive. I was told that I needed to wait until Wednesday morning to find out whether they could fit me in on Thursday.
There was gunk left on gear shift and steering wheel.
