I was satisfied with service. One thing to relay there was dirt on interior of driver’s door and armrest. Thanks for survey to relay this. Pueblo Toyota is doing great job!

Everything was great. With one exception. I had just thoroughly detailed my car. When I picked it up after the service was finished there was footprints all over the driver side. Obviously they did not use plastic. Very disappointing had to redo everything. Not to mention the fact that they always roll the windows down and it gets it all messed up. I know they have to try the wiper blades, but that was a mess as well. Those things need some improvement.

Left a lot of oil on the skid plate underneath the vehicle. Also, a lot of greasy handprints on door handle.
We have taken my car in twice for the trunk to be fixed and neither time was it fixed. Also, the electrical component was not able to be fixed and had to be ordered. We have wasted time coming there and back two different times and now I have to bring it in a third time. The technician wrote on the comments the trunk was fixed each time and every time I tried it, it wasn’t fixed. I even brought a tech out and and they saw that it wasn’t fixed.
Triston was a delightful young man to be in charge for my maintenance work. He checked me in the moment I arrived and explained what work was accomplished when checking me out, plus discussed what the next visit's would include when I questioned him. He definitely is a great employee for Pueblo Toyota.
