They didn't put a new valve stem cap on the tire that they left off last service and my new cabin filter was in the box sitting on my seat. Plastic undercarriage was pryed down from dirt and snow. Asked if they would fix it. Was informed they don't remove those there, i have to go to a detail shop or do myself. Wondering if there is oil in it.
Usually they place paper on seats and floorboards. That didn’t happen this time. It was only an issue because we had just cleaned our mats ourselves and they were returned to us very scuffed up.
After buying a 4 Runner in 2013 (from Pueblo Toyota), I have ALWAYS used Pueblo Toyota to service my vehicle. After this experience I’m seriously considering taking my business somewhere else. I have been a customer of Pueblo Toyota for at least 15 years, and this is the most incompetent, non-caring, and egotistical experience I have ever had. This experience showed incompetence at best. If this is the best you have to offer, you just lost my business. If I stay with Toyota I will make the drive to Colorado Spings.

Kept me waiting 2 hours in the waiting room e everyone was getting their vehicles but me! So I went and asked one of the guys what was going on he said they hadn't worked on it yet I was very upset, I told them just have the shuttle take me home and call me when it's ready,they didn't I had to call so mind you my appointment was at 10am I did get my car till 2:30 I was very upset,when I went back to get my car it was sitting in the very same place as when I left.so NO I do not trust anyone there. Bian a did help me reassured me. She was great, all the men there are very rude!!! I think they need to be trained on their customer service skills! I am not happy with my sale of my car!the women are nice and very professional
