Appreciated you fitting us in the schedule, but we were quoted. It would take an hour at the most and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours. Should’ve given her a heads up to do other things instead of having to sit 2 1/2 hours while you waited for your service staff to free up. Also, Wi-Fi in your lobby does not work well.

I am completely satisfied with Pueblo Toyota. I appreciate dealing with Devin, & also Tristan! I LOVE my 2017 Toyota Sienna. The only reason I would want a trade-in value for it is because I can’t imagine life without a Toyota Sienna, & it is 8 years old (although it only has 131,000 + miles).
