I was very happy with the service that was done on my 4RUNNER. And everyone was very courteous.
I was there for an hour and a half before the mechanic took my car back for a tire rotation. A man who came in at least 45 minutes after me was done and gone before me. I saw the mechanic who took my car hand him my keys, I went over to his station 10 minutes later and stood at his station for at least 5 minutes before he ever even said a word to me. Two hours for a 15 minute service is ridiculous. I will not be back for the remainder of my services on my 2024 Camry. Very disappointed and I would not recommend Pueblo Toyota for any service work.

Everyone there was very helpful and handled our repair perfectly. They took care of the warranty and the car now runs better than ever! We are very pleased and would like to thank the entire Toyota team at Pueblo Toyota for all their help.
Triston made my appt to resolve a rattling issue. & kept me apprised with updates since I was at dealership 4 hours. Bryan, an excellent mechanic rode with me in my car to rule out issues. He took his time to identify the source. Adam, the senior mechanic was able to identify the rattle , but took some time. Apparently, during my last visit, the sure tire was not tightened sufficiently causing the rattier over time. I’m always impressed with the staff in resolving any issues. They the time to get to know their customers,

Dylan was great! Always was available when trying to schedule service. Very knowledgeable in determining what work needed to be done. Had work done when predicted. Very satisfied!
He was very pleasant, even got me a coupon to help with the price. But he did tell me an hour and a half. After 2 1/2 hours and I was very cold raining outside when I confronted him about the timeframe he got things moving, and I did get out of there, but it was 2 1/2 hours not an hour and a half.
