The line was about 6 people deep and Triston and the others moved everyone through the line very quickly! I drove from Cañon City to Pueblo for my recall appointment, only to find out that the recall "fix" could not be installed because I do not have a Toyota car battery. When I made the appointment by phone, I should have been told to check the make or the dimensions of the battery so that I would not have to drive to Pueblo for nothing. Other than that, the people I came in contact with were fine.
