The service technician was extremely helpful and keeping me updated as to the progress on the repair of my vehicle. He was very polite and informative, as was the mechanic.When he came to bring me the keys.

Brought truck in for a diagnostic. Requested that truck be driven by technician to replicate fault. Was giving a generic fault code that did not provide information to what part had failed has to speak to technician to voice my concerns on how to replicate the problem. I was provided with a fault code that I had already diagnosed myself and was aware of within 5 miles picking the truck up. I had it rescanned at a different service center, and they provided a different set of codes. Before I ever brought the truck in, I was told the technician. Could drive it on the highway to replicate the problem based on the mileage of the truck. I do not believe the truck was driven at all to replicate the problem I was seeking diagnostic. For $200, I was only provided with a code that I already knew. Different codes presented themselves within 5 miles of leaving. And were codes that did not come up when diagnosed there i would not have brought the truck 45 miles to be diagnosed. If I had known that it would not be driven to replicate the problem. This does not reflect on any issue with my service writer she was as helpful as company policy allowed. I feel this was a total waste of time and money on my part. There was no breakdown on cost of parts or labor for the job that was presented only a total. Amount with no idea of exactly what would be replaced. I was very surprised to hear that it is company policy that a customer may not speak to the technician. That is working on his vehicle. I have not encountered this at any other shop that I have used. Overall, it has been a very unsatisfactory experience. My entire family drives Toyota vehicles, and I've had mainly good experiences with Pueblo. Toyota, but this one will have me reconsidering. Where any of our service is done again?

Tyler and all the staff were great! We had a last minute electrical issue on our Tundra just as we were starting a 3-week road trip. Even though Service was booked for the day, they squeezed us in and fixed our problem.

Got home oil dip stick was left out.
When I arrived to get my pick up, I checked my app and pick up was sitting outside. Doors unlocked has three under inflated tires and I had cash in the pick up so I quickly locked the pick up through the app. When I asked her service guy about looking at the parts that you replaced, she said that’s not possible because it’s on my way and I said well can we go look for it? Nope that’s not possible so hopefully the one little picture that the technician took will satisfy the insurance.
