I set up my appointment for my 2007 Hybrid Highlander at the Pueblo dealership directly prior to leaving on a 10 hour solo trip to my 60th highschool reunion because of people like Tristan Whitaker. We always brought my Toyota there for its regular maintenance since moving to Pueblo. Not only have we trusted the service department at Pueblo Toyota but they seem to hire people who aren't just knowledgeable and personable, like Tristan, they are sincere and especially who are very good with older people. He's efficient but unlike the majority of young employees at many businesses, he's a good listener. He ends up understanding what a client needs with making them feel like they are worth the effort. Pueblo Toyota has several people like this. We realize we pay a premium price at a dealership but we are treated well and get our $$ worth.
I understand why the auto setting on headlights get turned off while they are working on my vehicle but I'd like to request the auto headlights be turned back on before finishing my servicing. I have trouble turning them back on while driving on the freeway.
I took my New Tacoma in for the 5000 mile service and I noticed my outside temperature reading was off by 20 degrees. Called service and got a voicemail. Called right back and spoke to a Tyler or Taylor. He was no help said I could bring it in! Ya, I want to spend another afternoon in the dealership!
Dan took the time to explain what was happening with the billing and made sure we were taken care of and all questions answered before we left.
So far so good. Im hoping the spray for rodent deterrent does really work. Time will tell.

He is aware of your breach of standard processes. Now you are aware of what an attitude and lack of communication can cost
I was treated respectfully no issues with my interactions. I got home and noticed black grease around my driver side door handle. No updated sticker for the oil change. I look at the inspection sheet and it didn’t match was I was told. I was told the cabin air filter was gross, the checklist says it’s good. I was told my transfer case and Pinon and rack are leaking; neither is listed on the inspections sheet. I was told there would be a $200 diagnostic fee to assess issues. The sheet given to me shows 3 separate $200 fees. What is correct? You guys usually do much better.

Triston provided great service communicated well and was very thoughtful with his responses when I asked him questions. Overall, my experience at Pueblo Toyota was great.
Dan was awesome and so kind dude needs a raise or a high five at least as he was very insightful and sincere.
Parts for appointment were not available. Very frustrating.
