If fluids were check, the windshield fluid was not checked. As I left the lot, windshield low fluid light came on. Did not have that warning when I arrived.

We think that Dan and then the other gentleman who covered his desk were absolutely perfect. There were two things we didn't like: The first was the week before, I called 3 times and was transferred to leave a message. I left two messages about getting a loaner car, and no one called me back. I didn't leave a message the third time because the first two messages were not responded to. The next was when we didn't receive any auto notification to let us know the status of the repair and that the part that came in was not good. We were waiting in town for the completion and stopped in to check the status. Someone was heading to Colorado Springs to get a new part. It was 2:30pm when we drove by to ask the status and learned it would not be repaired in time to complete on 7/3. We didn't mind that it wasn't available, just that we didn't get notifications until walking back into the dealership. The gentleman did offer that I could pick the truck up on 7/4; however, we had family in town for the holiday, so we opted to pick it up on 7/5. The primary reason we were mostly upset is that no one responded to my voicemail messages from the previous week. We are very happy with Dan and with the shorter gentleman (he was absolutely awesome and kind) and of course, the mechanics' repair seems to be good so far. Thank you so much for getting this repair handled. Just need to respond to voicemail messages better.

Took it out for a test after the service. Some of the same problem was still there. The problem was not fixed.

Was charged for an update for my radio that still didn’t work. When I was told at my diagnostic appointment would be the fix. Contacted cooperate and waiting for a call tomorrow.

Last visit, my hubcap was not replaced properly, causing it to fall off on the way home. This visit I asked them to put it back on and they refused, stating that I needed to purchase a new one and that they weren't responsible for not putting it on correctly after rotating tires last time (causing it to come off).
