We received excellent service and our vehicle was ready to go before the estimated time. It was a seamless experience.
My check was fast and easy, after an hour and 20 minutes I looked around and my car was parked outside already. Went to the front desk Tristan wasn’t there, so the guy next to him found my paperwork and checked me out. My main annoyance was, why should I have waited around till Tristan can check me out? When my car is done anyway should check out right away.

Dan always provides great customer service. Over the years of taking my vehicle to Toyota, it's always nice to be greeted and checked in by a familiar face. He is friendly, professional, and makes the customer feel welcome. He does a wonderful job at answering any questions I may have.

First 5000 mile service. All good.
Seemingly easily interrupted by other service department activities especially by another service team member to interrupted more than once to try and service his client that arrived after I did. They literally came after I did and left before I did because he kept getting interrupted. I don't know that it's all his fault for sure. Maybe just a matter of a newer service team member who didn't fully understand things. I don't know. I've worked with Tristan a number of times before and I really like him I think he's a great guy

My appointment was at 10:30 and my car never went back to get serviced until 12:00 way make my appointment for that time when it took that long to get it in to even start on it I didn’t get out of there until almost 2pm

Thank you for taking care of my 2000 4Runner for so many years! Forgot to let you know about the red engine light that stays on .????
Instead of draining the oil from the oil filter housing, they sloshed it all over our new skid plate and didn’t clean it up. When we got home after a 2 hour drive it was still dripping into the garage floor. Cabin filter had mice droppings and a nest. Instead of giving me the opportunity to change it out , I was only notified as I was handed back my keys. Super disappointed!!
