I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience at Pueblo Toyota. What was supposed to be a quick routine oil change and software update turned into an unacceptable wait of 3 hours and 40 minutes—almost 4 hours! This is especially frustrating considering we had a scheduled appointment. Communication was also lacking throughout the process. At times, the service desk was completely unmanned, which led to confusion and uncertainty about the status of our vehicle. Overall, this experience was far from what I would expect from a dealership of this caliber, and it’s disappointing that basic customer service and clear communication were not prioritized.
