I feel like I'm not being heard correctly, I asked for air and cabin air filters to be addressed and there is no mention of them at the checkout process

I was told my vehicle was road tested and ready to be picked up. I arranged a ride to pick up my vehicle, went in and paid for my service. I went and got into my truck to leave and tried to start it and it would just turn over and not start. Needless to say I didn't take my vehicle home. Now I wait to see what is wrong with it!
Vehicle had a defect and said it would be covered. 5 minutes later they said it wouldn't. Not buying from them again
I was very happy with toyota in Pueblo they did everything I needed them to do and Tyler was great very helpful!! The only complaint I have is with toyota i was told it may take up to 2 months for a drivers side mirror to come in because they are on back order (this is not toyota in Pueblos fault) so I'm frustrated with that my pickup is brand new!!!
Tyler was great. Easy to talk to and very approachable. He gave me all the info I needed for my vehicle and I hope to go through him again next time I have to go in for service.

The staff were very friendly and my vehicle was taken care of quickly. When picking up my vehicle one of the staff (didn’t get his name) was knowledgeable and addressed concerns I had about my vehicle.
I was called telling me it was time for service to my car. Got to dealership and was told it was too early for oil change but could get tires rotated. ?????
