The service and the technicians were fine. The appointment system was not good. I got at least 15 text reminders of my 10:30 appointment. We arrived on time and checked in. But we sat, waiting, for an hour and a half before they ever came and got our car out of the service bay. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told everyone was in meetings. In the future it would be better to schedule an appointment for me when you can actually do the work.
Communication was good. The service of my truck was quick and the price was fair however once I got there to pick up my truck I had to wait until she finished her private conversation on the phone and then until she was done talking to the mechanics. By the time she was ready to to help me the other guy finished what he was doing and had my keys in his hand. I don’t come in to pay for services to be ignored.

The service ended up being done, but I had an appointment set for 930 and the person that I talked to told me that it would take an hour and a half. This ended up taking 4 hours, and during this time they told me that it was done 3 times when it wasn't. They did end up giving me a 10% discount. Overall the experience wasn't good.
The new program showing video of the work being done is helpful for me to be able to pass this on to my husband. Thanks
The service was very easy to schedule. Staff was very informative and kind. The courtesy shuttle driver was also very nice and even made a courtesy call to see if I needed a ride back.

I waited over 3hrs for a new tire to be put on and a cabin air filter, and they ordered the wrong tire. It took over 3hrs for them to figure it out and I left on my spare.

It took a while but all was fine in the end. I got an estimate of needed repairs in a text. I will schedule a time in the future, finances willing.

I was told my oil change would take 45 to 60 minutes so I choose to wait. I was there for 3 hrs and 15 min. I recognize you have a new system and Staff was apologetic but still unacceptable.

We were quoted a 4 hour time for the recall and 5,000 mile service. It was closer to 6. We called at the 5 hour mark. Bianca was in a meeting. A man said “I don’t see it on the board. I’ll have her call you.” That’s ok but couldn’t he have asked someone or looked around a bit? Bianca called when out of her meeting & said our keys were in her desk, so it was ready. She apologized for the wait. I wish someone would have called us at 4 hours and said it should be X more time.This is important because we live in the Springs & were spending time in Pueblo waiting for the car. It made it a long day. Otherwise she was very knowledgeable.
