I was charged $175 To read the Engine code.and see what was wrong with the car. Any car Part store does this for free. Then I had to pay $660 To replace a thermostat in a 2022 Rav4 . I have purchased five brand new vehicles from toyota and have never had any problems with any of them until this one.

1)there were items on the “to do” list I did not ask for or want done/ rotate tires 2) I asked to be called rather that texted or emailed that service was completed, that did not happen as I requested 3) the text link was not easily navigated thus leaving me with questions that could only be answered in person.or with a direct phone call. 4)upon arrival to pick up vehicle 3 hours after drop off, still 2 more hours were required because of not directly communicating with the service technician via Carl. Had I been aware of air filters due for a change early on , at least 3-4 hours would have been saved.

It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also they charged me for the tire rotation and they shouldn't have since I brought the tires from Toyota. So I had to wait for Bianca to come back from picking up pizzas for the crew before they could refund me which took another 1/2 hour. Then when I asked Carl about the sticker in the window for my next oil change he said that they don't do that anymore. But when I asked Bianca she they supposed to and gave me one. Also they put synthetic oil in my car when I usually put regular oil which cost me more($30.00). Then I was told that the synthetic oil they put in stills requires me to change it at the same mileage as regular oil. What a rip off. I have another appointment this Thursday and I might cancel it because of terrible service.

I Waited 4hrs for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Next time I will schedule service elsewhere!

Ni need to contact. The issue was the new system went down and people who were there after me went before me and got done quicker when I had a 10AM appointment. My car sat there for over an hour. Customer service was great besides that issue. Also prices went way up. It was not expected.
