Triston gave me excellent service with the repair of my Lexus IS 350. He was outstanding in answering all of my concerns and questions in detail.
Dutch did a superb job with the repair and installation of the new wheelwell parts to my Lexus. His work was completed in a timely manner as well.
Both men should be commended on their perfection and quality of work. You should consider giving them both a monetary bonus for representing your dealership with superior service.

Sergio was a tremendous help coordinating eveything, and Dylan handled the repair side very well.

Should not have to pay for an item (headlight not aligned properly)that is not correct from the factory.
Triston was informed and respectful to me as a customer.
Trashed my glovebox getting to the cabin air filter. When I went to grab my glasses out of the glovebox I had to unbury them. I had things nice and neat in there and it was all over the place and would barely shut when we got the car back. I will be locking my glovebox from now on during service. We change our air filters ourselves.
Tristen is great at his job. He is an asset to the service department.
I had an appointment at 11. At 1:00 I asked if my vehicle was done. I was told no they were coming back from lunch. So I seen my vehicle sitting there they finally took it back.i watched them take my vehicle to the parking lot the keys were sitting there for some time. I walked up to the counter Dylan asked the next person to finish me up that it was closed out. So he proceeded to finish up and gave me an amount for the service. I said no it was included in my purchase. I was asked who sold me the truck as I waited another person came up to help told the man helping me to hust give ne the keys so can go and they will figure it out. I asked when I made the appointment how long it would take I was told 1to 2 hours. I didnt knoe it was good to sit there tome everyone took a lunch. If that was the case it should have been a later appointment. I have dine alot of business with Toyota but this was not a good experience
