This was to be an oil change and it wasn't done i had several things show up on my dashboard that I have not seen before, and it was asking to okay a service. I am bringing in my car tomorrow morning and this will be discussed.

2 1/2 hour wait for a diagnosis and info that they will call me to order the part. No update on progress until I went up to the counter. I have always appreciated Toyota customer service in the past but not today. At least the mechanic told me it was safe to drive my car the way it was.

I just want attention totally when I take my car in for work n answering my questions pertaining to my Toyota VENZA. You hire these employees to work n take care of the customers. I’ll be happy! Dylan n Triston n Dan have work with me a few times in very respectful way n took care of business. Take care of me n keep me Happy n I will continue in buying my next car from you.
