Mr. proffer went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was completed and ready to go before school started up again. As a teacher that’s very important. He was available multiple times to answer all of my questions I appreciate a job well done and his attention to detail.

I brought my car in for an oil change (paid for by maintenance schedule) and left with a leaking of the oil. Brought back and was notified that you would need to replace the oil pan at a cost of over $300.00. This is unacceptable. The Rav didn’t leak when I brought it to you but now I will be out the money for a new oil pan. I am on a fixed income and this will be pay for the car and no food for a week. I’m disappointed.
