My only concern was the length of time it took for a routine service, safety check, replacement of wiper blades and an air filter, and parking break adjustment … 3 1/2 hours.
Tristan was caring, empathetic, and truly helpful. He offered me shuttle service when he knew that it was going to take longer than expected. He is truly great at his job. Definitely deserves a raise with the customer service he provides

I was interested in purchasing service plan but was told it would be best for me to do that the next time because I was already checking out and paying.
No one went over the inspection with me. I don’t know where my breaks stand, fuel levels, tires.
I was told at the end of the appt that my car battery was low. I would have rather been told when this problem was found so it could have been fixed right away. I will need to schedule another appointment and hope my battery lasts until then.
