Tristan was very nice and explained everything very well to me. When I explained what was going on with my car, he knew what it was right away. I came in the next morning and they fixed my car in just a couple of hours. I told them I was on a road trip, so that helped me get on the road quicker. I appreciate the timely fix. I was told that if I wait 20 days I can save $288 because of a promotion happening soon. Since he was mentioning it to me, I figured I was able to take advantage of the promotion. I asked if he could do that for me and he said no. WHY MENTION IT THEN? Pretty crappy customer service! I also asked, at the time of dropping off my vehicle, if I can get a military discount. He said absolutely and thanked me for my service. When I went back to pick up my vehicle and pay, I had to remind him of what he said, he then mumbled something about a $50 cap. He ended up taking $40 off what he quoted me which equates to less than 3%. What a joke! If you are going to honor service members by giving them a discount, make it noticeable. $40 off of nearly $1,500 is kind of insulting. This guy needs to keep his mouth shut if he is going to offer all these discounts and incentives and then not deliver. Horrible customer service!
I was very pleased with Bianca and the rest of the service team. A few mishaps but over all good.
Was very upset with the financial aid and not working the issue with the credit union. You should make sure in the future that they get this fixed.
I will also be calling Toyota on this.

Bianca helped us greatly in managing to find a tail light assembly for our Tundra late on a Friday afternoon after we had incurred an unexpected accident. She was able to get the necessary part and get us scheduled for the following Monday so we could get back on the road towing our trailer back to Oregon. It was a great example of customer focus and working with her mechanics to find a solution for us that would work. Really appreciate her great support and teamwork by the Service staff at Pueblo Toyota. Awesome job!

well I was sold the car that had two tires that were bad and a broken rim I went in asked him to fix it they said they needed to do their own assessment at first they said it might be the broken ram I said no your mechanic said
it was too bad tires as well and they admitted that the tires were bad and they needed to get a new rim in took longer than expected but I also need an oil change so we need to do it all at once
they finally got together and gave me four brand new tires and a new rim and an oil change
