As far as working on our vehicle, they did an excellent job.. What my wife and I didn’t appreciate as one. They pulled our vehicle back in to rescan the electronic parking brake. They got done with the vehicle walk back inside. Explain to us what they had to do and we’re like OK, so we should be good to go and whoever it was walked in the back garage area and apparently must’ve clocked out and went home because the wife and I had to sit there an extra half an hour and I finally got up and what’s going on. Vehicle done yet or not The service went back and looked and said he couldn’t find anybody so they all must’ve went home for the day. He had to go search for keys and finally found them and we were able to pay the bill and get out of there. We were at the dealership for , probably closer to 40 minutes longer than what we needed to be. The guy at the service desk was super nice. He must’ve apologized 50 times. Only thing I could suggest is that if your technicians Going to do work they need to make sure that they communicate better with where a customers keys are and then communicate that the vehicle is actually done so people aren’t waiting around longer than what they have to be
To begin, I waited over two hours for them to repair my tire. Then, I was charged $27 for the service. Discount Tires or another tire company would have charged MUCH less.

The service provided by the service advisor, Bianca **** and Tristen as well, was courteous and performed in a professional manner. Bianca went well above expectations " to get the job done", and to provide me with excellent customer service and satisfaction. Bianca stayed the course for this customer and fought tofinish the job.
