Went in for an oil change, tires rotation and alignment. They decided to do an alignment before they rotated the tires. They took it for a test drive and threw off the alignment then did a second alignment. My steering wheel is now way off center which was never an issue before I took it to Pueblo. I waited over 2 hours and paid $170. They did not rotate my tires because im missing one hub cap out of the 4 and that tire is in the same spot. Did not get an oil change sticker on my windshield either. I will never use Pueblo Toyota again. Your service crew is an absolute joke. I’m contacting corporate and getting in touch with my lawyer. I work hard for what I have and pay too much money for my truck for you careless clowns to ruin it.
Bianca and Daniel explained the maintenance to the TPMS and the roof rack. Bianca was especially helpful when I “thought” there was still an issue with the alarm. She brought a gentleman from the maintenance area and we all three took a ride to answer my question. She flagged down another gentleman and among the three of them they “gently” let me realize that I had caused the remaining issue by moving the front passsnter seat too far back using the electric motor. Yep, my problem was self inflicted! They were so nice and generous. Please convey my appreciation to them. ????????????
Got me right in at appt time and service completed in an hour.
Dan went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. He continually communicated with me to make sure that I was kept informed. He had to deal with my critical deadline and did so in an unflustered way. He is a jewel. You are lucky to have him working for you.
Was there 7 hours having them check out issues with my car, not 1 update the whole time. Then of course, they couldn’t recreate the issues, just just gave me copies of info from the book explaining stuff that could happen. Same thing they told me 2 weeks prior.
