He asked Bianca a question regarding cost of diagnostics and I questioned it because I thought it was a bit pricey and she replied in away that I felt was rude and dismissive, instead of explaining it she said that I need to look up my extended warranty to see if it was covered. Customer service is important to me… This is why I left Subaru… Carl was perfectly professional and kind without the attitude…
We didn’t have an appointment but had a new tire that wouldn’t keep full air. Triston got us in and out quickly and safely on our way in time for an appointment.
