A complete Frud and lying took place today by Ms. Bianca I am very disappointed in her customer service skills. I own 3 Toyota vehicles and do not intend to bring any of them for service to this Toyota service ever again

She was extremely busy seemed more so than others. I told her I bought the tires there but when the bill came, they had charged me but as soon as I questioned it, he took it off. I feel like you were overbooking. I got the same day appointment, but it was very backed up.
Triston has helped me on numerous occasions and is always a pleasure to work with
The oil change was a breeze, and Triston reached out to let me know the engine and cabin air filters also needed attention. I had originally intended to ask about them, but forgot! So I was very glad they were noticed and I happily authorized them to be taken care of immediately. I'll be coming back next week to also get new tires, which I'm excited about!
