I was told I would receive a discounted price for the service of the front end alignment. Due to the inconvenience the machine went down . I had to bring the car back and it didn’t get completed until the following day. I was told that I was considered a walk in when I brought it back in. I guess having the appointment to have the work done days before didn’t count.
