I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Nick Vargo and his team. They were incredibly accommodating, especially when I requested additional work on my 2000 Excursion at the last minute. They were able to fit it into their schedule, which I greatly appreciated. However, I have some concerns regarding the payment process. When I went to pay for the service, I was given the option of using a credit card or a debit card. I prefer not to use my debit card for purchases, as I consider it less secure than a credit card. While I understand that credit card transaction fees are a business tax deduction, it appears that Pettus is passing these costs on to the customer in the form of a 3% surcharge on all service work. This is on top of what I already consider to be premium pricing for the services. Because of this surcharge, I will be reevaluating my relationship with Pettus. Gary W
