I switched dealers because of the same situation. I feel like i have to switch again and fine another reliable dealer for service. The first time i brought it in, you service department immediately found a problem that the other dealer didn’t. It was towed in last thursday April3. I picked it up April 7, not even 10 miles from your location the light has come one again and has persistently stayed on. Very frustrating and now i have to arrange for another shop to look at this. In the meantime, my oil light was on when i got in the car to leave your parking lot. Would have been very helpful to offer to change my oil, any other time additional services are offered. I am not saying free no charge, but would have been the right thing to do as you had already had the vehicle. Customer service was not very good for the overall experience. Probably not returning your dealership and will be passing it on to others
