I was charged a disposal fee of 34.95 on top of an hourly rate for labor for 185.00. My repair did not require oil. The woman at the counter said everyone gets a disposal fee for the use of their tools. What the heck is the labor fee cover? My part was 54.95. I paid 290.00 sound like I was ripped off.

She went over and above working with the warranty company for us. She was always very informative, even when it was bad news, but she was honest. My experience with her was amazing and she needs a raise!
