Great job by Melissa. We encountered some unexpected problems which she managed exceptionally well. She kept me informed throughout the process. She was very concerned about my time waiting for the completion of repairs. Her customer service was over the top. I will return for my future auto service requirements

Brought my 2024 truck in with dpf issues and explained the problem that has been ongoing and worked on 3 times. Scheduled another appointment, brought truck in to be worked on and they said they can’t do anything untill the truck is back into limp mode. I explained that another tow bill shouldn’t be needed to fix it but got charged $180 diagnost fee and got explained by service advisor that she’s been in customer service for 25 years and that’s that. I have bought serval vehicles from them, but after several service issues this past year on multiple vehicles I won’t buy another from them.
