Melissa did everything she could to get our truck back before needing it for vacation. The folks at Mopar extended warranty were a real pain and Melissa kept after them to approve our claim which was successful. Melissa was great to work with.

She was very helpful my service today. She also gave me direction to my concern about the paint peeling from trim on the passenger side of both window trim. I was unable to get back with her today. Insurance company has not returned my call.

The ladies at the counter are dishonest and overcharged me. Luckily I noticed it on the receipt. One lady acted like she was on my side until the other lady came back from talking to the manager. Than she changed her story in front of the other lady when she came back. The lady that wrote up my ticket was even giving out personal information about the man that had scheduled my appointment had been let go. We purchased our vehicles here and I’ve been a customer for a long time and always had exceptional service. I hope this is not the new norm.
