I will never come here again there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car but your people failed the state inspection no check engine light is on nothing wrong with it just trying to get me to spend a bunch of money that I do not have **** this place

Melissa was very professional and welcoming. Another guy, I wish I would have gotten his name, helped me as well. Thank you Pettus! On the Chrysler side anyhow! Ford service side was horrible when I had my Ford Edge.

Started my day with calling my sales rep, Wyatt asking him if he could help me get an emissions test today somewhere and of course he recommended pest service department. He told me to call Melissa and Melissa hooked me up and got me in TODAY for an emissions test!! I love my Pettus partnership!! Five Star Customer Service!!

We were victims of the dreaded 150 miles to limp mode message. Randol got us into diagnosis and help determine a failed DEF injector that was replaced less than 1000 miles prior. Parts were ordered and replaced on schedule and we were able to return to Texas without issues further Service levels at Pettus are lights years ahead of the “big city” dealers. I would surely consider buying my next truck at Pettus, even though I live 800 miles away!

Finally had to take my truck to Patterson. Farmington, Missouri, they just kept throwing parts at it, and whenever they said they were going to look at it, they just kept my truck for several weeks. I don't remember the exact dates, but I called, and you know me working on my truck, all we're backed up. The weather people's got the flip. You know what that wasn't my freaking problem. I will never go back to the one in the soto ever

My vehicle was not there today,and, In fact hasn't been to the CDJR building in several months. I'm not sure what has happened, here. Maybe the message was meant for another customer. Not really dissatisfied with any service experience per se, there just WAS none.
