I called and was told I couldn't be guaranteed my car could get looked at unless I made an appointment. I made an appointment 2 weeks out to ensure I wouldn't be without a vehicle for long. I dropped my vehicle off the day before my appointment and I called multiple times that day only to be told 15 minutes before they closed that they never looked at my truck. The next day it was pulled in 24 hours after my appointment. When I called and talked to a lady she asked how many miles I had on my truck. When I told her she said good it is still all under warranty. When I was called about it they referred me to a windshield company to fix a seal that wasn't covered under warranty. This seal has already been replaced under warranty by another dealership. I was the tried to be charged a diagnostic fee for a leak that has been back 6 or 7 times since the truck was brand new. I called ram customer service and they told me the seal is in fact covered under warranty still bit the glass is not. I called another dealership and they also said the seal is covered under warranty but not likely the seal would fail twice in 2 years so they are going to have a field tech come out and look at my truck with their technicians. I was able to make an appointment and wait while they look at it. When I tried to explain previous repairs to the person who called me they continously cut me off and talked over me while I tried to explain. Second time i had problems here first time i took my truck in for a recall and they looked at it and said it was done. They never updated online so i took it to a different shop and they told ne the recall wasnt done and they completed it. I would rather you just turned the work away than to waste my time. Would not recommend this service shop to anyone.

I just had an oil change and tire rotation and they said my bill is over $700. I don’t mind to pay for a service, but this is extreme. I have had a few of these trucks and this is the first time I have used Pettus. When I got the text about the bill, I was floored at the price. If this is what I am expected to pay, I would never use Pettus again.

Melissa is very kind and considerate. I am not happy with the mechanics. I came in because warning light on brake was on. I was told I needed replacement break lines. Then told they had to replace NOT NEW air condition lines. I started my car and another warning light was on. I called back, the mechanics say now I need 2 New batteries. Almost $800.
