The customer service I received from the young lady in service who kept me informed on the status of my repair was so excellent. She went over the top with her customer interaction. I cannot remember her name unfortunately.

Last week, we brought our 2020 Ram 1500 Limited in for an unexpected service visit. We were experiencing electrical failures requiring diagnostic testing. What the technician found during his examination was a lot more involved than expected and therefore more costly than we had anticipated. Needless to say, this news had us stressed and uncertain about what to do next. But… Josie is an excellent customer service representative! In person and on the telephone, she patiently and competently addressed multiple concerns and detailed questions about the technician’s repair recommendations. Her empathetic yet upbeat and positive communication style eased our minds and made our visit much less stressful. We’ll definitely recommend the Pettis service team to friends and family!
