Sherry was wonderful. I am always happy with the service at Hyundai. Only one issue was the link in the email to sign up for service does not seem to be working correctly because it says someone will contact you and no one ever did. I got my appointment by calling directly.

Hi Hyundai Service team, you promised to get back regarding the Hyundai Sonata 2022 Sel, warped rotor issue, regarding when we can bring back our vehicle. We were told you will be in touch by December 16th at the latest. I was hoping you can help me fix the rotor issue soon? As it's unsafe riding a vehicle with improper brakes and rotors. After repeated contact to your reception, I am unable to reach the service manager.
