Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful, curious, and thorough representative that I’d be happy to interact with again. In comparison to my previous experiences with San Bruno Service Center and other reps, she was so much more informed and communicative about my vehicle. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat, and I would recommend Hyundai San Bruno as well if I could guarantee that the person I was speaking with would have her as a contact/technician.

It isn't entirely her fault that the service I initially contacted the dealership for wasn't done. There was a miscommunication from the initial call (Mary Ann?) appointment when I specified the airbags sensor and the light which was a recall from years ago, and I guess a new recall for a cigarette lighter, which we don't even use. We regret bringing it in since we paid way too much for an oil change and still have the light on, which again was the whole reason for taking it to San Bruno instead of our regular mechanic. I guess since Hyundai's mechanic and dealership thinks a teen can ride in the car with the air bags light on then it must be safe enough. We will decide later if we will contact the dealer again for the light. No need to contact me right now. Thank you.

Terrible communication. Don’t return calls. Never pick up the phone. No ETA for when things will be done. For a simple servicing, they don’t even top off the washer fluid.
