Irving gave me the best customer service I have received at Hyundai so far. He was very knowledgeable and clear about explaining the repairs that were going to happen and was accommodating in completing all the additional repairs needed that were unexpected. All the repairs were completed at the promised time and Irving again greeting me with a smile and a freshly washed car. I hope to be assisted by Irving the next time I come back for another service.

The worst experience EVER! My car was under warranty and there for almost a month and the information was never relayed to the warranty department despite numerous attempts from them to the shop so as a single mother I was left without a vehicle that would have been covered by my warranty. I kept getting the run around. The ABSOLUTE WORST!
