Service advisor takes too long to get to customer even with appointments (30 min). Service advisor excuse of too busy to get to my car with a whole day and a half with nothing being done. Such a waste of time. Will never come back
I had an appointment at 7:15am. I got there at 7:10am. I was not checked in until 8am. Why have appointments early in the morning if your employees will either not arrive on time or will not check anybody in on time? This happens every single time I go. Please be respectful of our time. If you cannot check people in before 8am stop allowing us to make appointments before 8am.
Saul did a great job from start to finish. I was notify the moment my car was done. Saul even changed my electric vehicle for me when it completed maintenance. He explained clearly to me the maintenance done when I picked up my car. I really appreciate the service Saul provided. Thank you!

I ended up being satisfied with Joey because he took the time to wait for me after the dealership closed to give me my car back. But initially, I was frustrated because when he said he would call, he would and I had to call and was put on hold for a half hour before I hung up. I think overall that the communication could’ve been better, especially since the part for my car had no ETA for arrival. It ended up taking 3 weeks of renting a car before the car was fixed. I know it wasn’t Joey’s fault but I felt like I was not kept up to date as the status of my car. Hoping for a better experience on the next visit.

A service writer is the face, the representative of after purchase of the dealership, he did a good job.
This was my best experience at a Hyundai dealer ever. I used to go to Glendora and I tried puente hills, but Joey and the mechanics were able to get my car fixed (hopefully) and they know how to treat people so this is my new go to dealership. I heard another guy helping a different lady and he was providing great support too! I didn’t feel pressure to get the additional suggested services and Joey gave me time to review my records to make sure I hadn’t had any of those devices completed before. He let me know if remaining suggested service items at pickup but didn’t pressure me on it, which I appreciated and it’s a reason to keep going back if needed.
