Hunter was very kind but I had to constantly ask how long it would be to get my car back. I was just looking for an estimated range of minutes and had to ask several times before being told it would be ten minutes. Also, and this is outside of Hunter’s direct abilities, but it took over an hour to get my car available to me once I asked for it.
The exorbitant prices of the dealership service dept might be worth it if the customer service matched, but right now, it does not.

I had such a hard time getting a hold of the service department both when I was trying to schedule my appointment and on the day of my service. The automated choice for the service department says that number is not in service and hangs up on you. I have had to call the sales department to transfer me to the service department quite a few times and have told them about the phone issue but it’s never been fixed. The same problem happened on the day of my appointment. They had my car and I needed to authorize a service but I could not get a hold of the service department. I had to call the sales department a few times that day to get through, but it just rang and rang. I would call back and the sales department kept saying how far the service department was and they had to walk all the way over there to let them know I needed them to answer the phone. I’ve been there. It’s not that far. (On a side note, the salesman who I was talking to called me “honey” twice like a car salesman from the 50s. When we purchased the car we had a woman salesperson, but if I would have had a man and he called me honey I would have walked right out.) Once I got a hold of the service department on the day of my service I was able to authorize my service and it was completed without issue. Unfortunately, they had given my child a completely different price sheet than the one they sent to me for the service I was authorizing. There was a $152.68 difference between the two costs. I have one more “free” oil change there from when I purchased the vehicle, but I’m wondering if it’s even worth it to go through all the difficulties. Not to mention the question of if I can even trust them.

Service to my vehicle was not done correctly. Which resulted in me having to loose a day of work. And due to the negligence by the mechanic who left the bolt to the oil pan loose, my driveway is full of oil, which will now cost me $200 out of pocket. I paid over $900 to get my vehicle serviced. I expect for the work to be done correctly and efficiently. Unfortunately you were not able to provide adequate service. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the level of work and lack of accountability on your part.

As I was in the automobile industry for many years I was pleased with Hunter.
I asked him a Business Department question, I do not want you, the dealership, to share any info of anything about me, my car, my miles ,etc,etc,etc.
He didn't know if YOU did or not.
I believe it's wrong to share private info.
Please don't I got hit by $69.00/ month hike in my insurance because YOU shared this info.
Train your people about this matters. It will help distinguish Cardinale from others.

I mentioned the windshield washer fluid low sign keeps alerting. I asked the gentleman who completed the paperwork. He assured me it is part of the inspection and it had to be done. I still get same alert and very unhappy about it.
