There is a rattling sound left behind in trunk that was not there before taking it in for service, it's really annoying and a blatant mistake. It's complete negligence because the workers had to close the trunk and hear it before giving back the keys to the vehicle. Also the car was down for at least 90 minutes before I was told it was done with service and I wasn't notified until inquiring about it after 4 hours which was the absolute end of the estimated time. Completely unprofessional by the person handling this situation.
First of all, there’s not enough dealerships around to take in all the needed service. The advisors are overwhelmed with too much work.You need to hire more help and more advisors.There needs to be better communication. The phone lines are overwhelmed and no one answers the customers back. Late messages don’t work or texts. When I call about my car, I want advisor to talk to me. Every time I call no advisor picks up and their messages are full.
My car was filthy when I picked it up, looked like it was in a dirt lot for days. The complementary Auto wash has been out of service for over a year. In fact, I’ve never had my car clean there since I got my car in 2023.
Advisors are nice and courteous and helpful, but the work is piled up and it takes too long to get your car fixed.
I also didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any complementary car shuttle or car rental .
Sounds like there’s a problem with the service manager or the owner. But something needs to be done or your gonna lose your customers and business!
Kevin is the BEST!! He explains everything that needs to be serviced on the car. Kevin answers all questions in a very clear and articulate manner. I have known Kevin for two years now at the dealership. You picked a winner hiring him.

I’ve always received great customer service when I take my vehicles in for service. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The only thing that I was surprised about is that if you make a payment using you credit/debit card, you get charged an extra 3% for using it. I don’t like carrying a large amount of cash in my wallet nowadays, but I guess you have to pay for safety and convenience.

Awesome work from Steven, not sure how backed up the dealer was or the tech was to take 3 weeks to replace the filters for the emissions system; but that was not on Steven.
Julio was amazing. The detailing was not 100% which for the price I would expect. The child seat was completely dirty and the vents were dirty/dusty too. Cleaning the entire ventilation system was the main concern.
