Eric was awesome....talked to me right away about what service would be done, we discussed what would be needed at the next big check in with mileage & they were super quick. From the time I arrived until he walked me to my car, it was 40 minutes. A+ service experience.
Toyota was able to fit us in to replace a headlight and windshield blades.
We were happy that it didn't take long and was reasonably priced.

I was under the impression that my car would be ready to pick up at 12:30 after I dropped my vehicle off to get a nail removed and patched. But instead my drop off time was just that and they were going to hold my car for the whole day and do the tire repair till the end of the day.
I just wish I was told that upon arrival or when scheduling the appointment so I could have planned differently. Otherwise all the staff was amazing and helpful during the process.
East Madison Toyota express service does not charge for tire rotation when paired with oil change and Smart Toyota does.
