I waited 40 minutes for before they worked on my truck.
Truck was in for oil change and tire rotation. The tech failed to put the oil Fill cap back on . I drove the truck home to find oil blown all over the engine compartment and no oil registering on the dip stick. Truck has been towed back to your shop. I am expecting that the engine compartment will be steam cleaned, and notes put on the service ticket that this mistake was made in case of future engine issues.
I’m miffed that my 8:30 appointment didn’t get started until after 9:00. I go early in the day figuring that you won’t be backed up from earlier appointments. The service agent was great. The quality of the service is great.

Justin’s explanations for what they could do, and what they did do, were confusing and indicated a lack of expertise. The work done on my truck seems ok so far.
When I arrived at Smart Toyota I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I was even let through the garage doors. Once let in, I had to wait another 15 minutes before a service advisor checked me in. It wasn’t until I was waiting for my shuttle that I was told my destination was too far (apparently beyond 5 miles) and that they could not take me. I had to get to an appointment so I just got an Uber.
Please work on getting people checked into your service center more efficiently.

Jenna and the Express Service staff were competent, efficient and professional while assisting me. I drove this vehicle back to Madison from central Florida, a nearly 1,400 mile trip, and I knew it needed service. I called this morning and Greg got me an appointment for today! Vehicle needed oil change, tire rotation and an extensive inspection. It turned out the car needed a front end alignment and was missing a part for the front steering assembly. Every thing was completed today! In by 1:30, out before 4 PM. OUTSTANDING job by all!! Greg, Jenna and the Extress Service staff.
Staff seems to really care about what they're doing, very professional, very courteous, you can tell they all care about customer servic. So far I haven't discovered a weak link in the chain! Five stars all the way!
When I serviced my car in November at the express, they told me I needed front brake pads. They made it sound like I should get it done soon. I made an appointment for Jan. I made arrangements for the car to be in the whole day. When inspected, I didn’t need brake pads. I appreciate you being honest and not charging me. But not happy with express.
