Mallory was great - I appreciated her knowledge, her positive and cheerful attitude toward me, her willingness to be helpful, to get me the best coupon for the service. Appreciated her keeping me in the loop exactly (+/- time) how long the service would take, what they found and the solution. Overall, excellent social skills plus knowledge - these all matter when you've come in with a diagnostic intermittent problem, worrying about what is wrong with the car and what the cost is going to be. I felt that my business mattered to her and that she would go to the extra mile to keep it that way. I've been coming to Smart for service for 25 years - Mallory provided the standard of care that keeps me returning.
Wilker was very helpful and very patient as I wrestled with the idea of having to put a new battery in my car that I'm selling. He was clear about the possible consequences of not putting the battery in but made it was clear that it was my choice. I enjoyed working with him.

I didn't really find Ian to be helpful today. It seemed like he didn't really think what I wan, ted made sense, but then didn't engage me in conversation about the costs/benefits or what other options were. Ultimately I feel like I spent more money for the same outcome. I also think I got poor direction when scheduling the appointment. I'm less confident on working with Smart Motors than I was before this experience.
He was very professional and friendly. He took his time and explained and showed me how to work my new battery charger.

I had $44 dollars of miscellaneous charges. Can you tell me what those were for?
I discussed having the front driver’s side light replaced as it was burned out with the technician. He quoted me that it would be $60.00 to do so. When I arrived the light bulb hadn’t been replaced and it took extra time to change it out.
