You changed your policy for same day drive ups. Instead of being told when you can provide service and permitting the customer to return, the customer must wait on site until a service bay is available. Very inconvenient. Also I was told the service would take a half hour. After an hour I had to check if my car was done, which it wasn’t until I asked. I then waited 15 more minutes before being checked out. Far from the usual quality service I was used to after 3 cars and 15 years of service.

I came in to get a key fob. It was suggested that my service could be done because I was close to the mileage. I was very happy to get that done at that time. I was also told a recall was taken care of. One stop, took care of three things and it was very much appreciated.
