I was very impressed and satisfied with the knowledge and help from Paul Fredrick when I brought our car in today for regular maintenance checkup. I had a few questions about some technical things that I couldn’t figure out myself, regarding our car phone contacts etc and inside lights. Within minutes Paul explained and took care of these for me and now I can do myself. Very pleasant and eager to help, making a Best Experience!! Thank you Paul! My wife Tina and I each have a Toyota that we have serviced at Smart. You have us both in one account in her name. When I get my car serviced, she gets calls and notifications about the service on my car. Since we are not together all day - in meetings, or at the gym - this does not work for us. I request that you find a way to match my phone number with my RAV4 and her phone number with her Prius. Thanks.
