I came in for a nail and a tire they said while you’re here do you want an oil change so I said OK they said it’d be at least an hour before they started after almost 2 hours. They said well you really don’t need an oil change and we can’t get you in for the tire until 120. They didn’t get me in until 220 and I got done at 10 to 4. It seems like they didn’t put me on the list for having a tire and needing done so while I was sitting there for an hour and a half a bunch of other people got on the list before me. I think it could be coordinated a lot better And I could’ve had it done at 1 PM

I realize now that it is best to come in mid-afternoon for express service as coming in at 6:30am resulted in waiting 3 and a half hours.
Good to know everything is in good shape for a long trip even after close to 200,000 miles on my Corolla.

My paperwork indicates my tires were rotated. The best I can tell it looks like they were rotated. I didn’t want my tires rotated. I didn’t select tire rotation when choosing the appointment. I selected an oil change. I came in for an oil change. I declined tire rotation at check-in. I have a separate schedule for tire rotation. This isn’t my first experience of Smart Toyota not listening to me.

The pickup experience was odd no real direction of who to see or explanation of services completed or not completed. You need to bring back the cashier and get rid of the dead weight of 2-3 people to greet you when you arrive for service., I had 3 people interact with me when I arrived for service but nobody when ai came to pick up my vehicle.
Ty was courteous and professional. Customer satisfaction was definitely his goal. Definitely an asset for Smart Motors.
