Had an appointment for 9 in bay 8. Although I showed up at 9 my vehicle was backed up and another customers vehicle was brought in and taken up the bay I had an appointment for. So the initial 30 min to an hour service ended up taking 2 hours. On a positive…Eric was very pleasant to work with and very personable. He is a quality asset that you should seek to reward and acknowledge his efforts with your customers.

Initially tried calling to get recall repair and regular maintenance at the same time. Told there was not a fix yet then when I arrived for the regular maintenance told that there is a recall out. Schedule that in person to wait in the dealership for repair. Arrive at the dealership for that and told that they had it as shuttle but then no shuttle available to return to the dealer.

Excellent in all respects. I liked that the tech who checked me in was the same tech I dealt with throughout. It made it easier for me. As the customer, to anticipate what steps were next and who would be doing them.
