Noticed that one front tire was inflated to 51# and was supposed to be at 35#. All 3 others were within 5# of where they should have been
Eric and his team were great. Eric took the time to clarify my misunderstanding of oil change intervals for my Venza. I had no idea oil changes were recommended every 10k miles. I thought it was every 5k.
They stuck with finding an intermittent noise and solved the problem without giving up and moving on. Makes me want to stay with this service department going forward.

I need to keep an eye on it to make sure it's not dripping oil. The first time I moved the vehicle today after having the the change there were a couple of spots in our driveway. And this car did not leak anything before. We'll see how things look tomorrow. Everything was fine as long as it's not dripping oil. But that's very concerning cuz if it is and I bring it back how long do I have to wait before you can check it for me? If it's another hour and a half that's not acceptable. Again hopefully it won't be dripping anything tomorrow.
Greg was great! He was patient with me, and made sure I was taken care of. He opened up his line for any extra questions if I needed. He kept me updated on my vehicle and was transparent with each job that needed to be done.

Called and indicated my problem. That the likely issue was tailgate hinges. Made an appt after being told you have them in stock, and if the problem, could install new hinges same day. Brought van in, was told you could NOT fix the issue and I needed to take it to the body shop. Run around cost me time and put out my second driver who came with me in order to drive me home after dropping off my vehicle.
Not for sure what happened with the trade-in of my vehicle wasn’t explained anything about how much it was worth versus what I was trying to buy this time not so satisfied, but I’m sure the salesman tried
First of all, Ian did a great job. Where you fell flat was customer service. You obviously have a great need for oils changes by the simple observation of customers waiting in lines 4 or 5 deep. I also observed that you had only 2 bays open for quick service and 4 lanes open for appointments only. This caused a huge bottleneck and caused me and others to have to wait 3 plus hours for a simple oil and filter change which cost $117.
Please hire more help and open all the bays to satisfy the obvious need or take more scheduled appointments. You will make more and you keep your customers happy.
