Jacob did a great job but I have the same complaint I have had for 25 years with your oil change procedure. If they turn the headlights off auto they need to turn them back ON! I go to work in the dark and few cars on the road but only realize the headlights aren’t on when someone flashes the lights at me. I don’t understand why this continues to be ignored?

I asked them to fill out my book and they didn't do that. I also needed a cover on the twister where you put air in your tires and they didn't do that.
I didn't know that an oil change could be that complex. No problem with the people, just everything seemed to go wrong.

No need to call me. There was a number 3 magnetic sign left on the top of my car plus a black plastic part left inside the car.
I will return the sign and ask for service on where the plastic part should go.
Not sure when I will get out there again.
