Process changed using phone to update. Print too small to read. When made reservation nobody said location changed. Hard to believe that cabin filter charge is nearly equal to labor charge!!! ????

It appeared that most, if not all, of the customers in the wating room were presented with "dirty" air and cabin filters that needed to be replaced. I have never seen this before in almost 8 years of using Smart Motors, and wonder if this is a scam to bring in more revenue. Am satisfied with the work done, but skeptical about this practice.

When discussing the hitch to be installed on our vehicle, I asked for a 2 in hitch, a 1.5 in hitch was actually installed.
