Overall, things were good. However, I was told that my tires were set to 39 psi. One was set to 40 psi, one was set to 39 psi, and One was set to 36.5 and the other set to 35.5.
I can understand being off by one PSI. But I brought up the concerns I have about a leaking tire with the staff, and I wanted all the tires set to the same pressure so that I can Keep track of any additional leaking.
After I picked up my car and went to the Xpress lube and they fixed it.
Again, overall, I was pleased with the service. Since you asked, I thought I would tell you my honest opinion.

Waiting time was longer than expected.
The odometer readings on the paperwork were incorrect. They were the readings from my service 6 months ago. The mileage in and out yesterday was 5287.
Mallory was prompt and professional. She was friendly and efficient.
My routine 5,000 mile service went just fine. My dissatisfaction comes from not being able to get a piece of rubber roof trim reattached during this same visit. I had to schedule another visit to have that taken care of, which means another 34 mile round trip drive.
The service was great. The wait time was a little long but the work was done correctly.

Serviced overall was good but you were not able to figure out my check engine light problem.
She did forget to reset the service warning light but service was very fast.
