The service on my car was fine but my car was ready at 10:08AM and I called at 11am asking if my car was ready and was told no and then no one called me. I called in at 12:50 and was told my car was ready. That was pretty frustrating because I was late to class since no one told me I could've picked up my car earlier

Although, once again, I did not get an initial introduction from my service advisor (I had to ask his name), he went above & beyond to accommodate my needs after explaining the typical recall process which was only vaguely described at the previous maintenance appointment.

Work seemingly done well, & on a timely basis.
I don’t recall a personal introduction by Jacob until I asked, even with a name tag(not always readable).
Top of dash on driver’s side was dusty/dirty after work done. Observed an oily/film area on front passenger seat near door when rearranging glovebox items. Automatic pencil found on R/F floor mat.
Social
