service was fine but when I arrived on time an empty car was parked in the place I was supposed to be and I had to park, go into reception and find someone who said, to park in the next one over. No service going on in "my" Bay 9 or the one they sent me to....too early on Monday?(845) Since it's stressed to be on time for service , the crew should be too.

When I pulled up to Express, my appt. was assigned to Bay 8. The light was not on. Not sure what to do. I pointed it out to the person who wrote up the order. He said, “Oh, they must not have turned on the light!” Details count.
